The GOAT Cheese Whiz Recipe

Luxurious, velvety and loaded with real flavor. This Truffle Goat Cheese Whiz takes cheesesteaks, burgers, fries, roasted vegetables and sandwiches to a whole new level.
Ingredients
- 1 oz unsalted butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Pinch fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 oz heavy cream
- 4 oz freshly grated truffle goat cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
Method
- In a small pan over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add garlic and rosemary. Sauté for 30–45 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir. Bring to a gentle simmer.
- Reduce heat to low and add truffle goat cheese.
- Whisk continuously until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Cook for 2–3 minutes, stirring, until thickened to perfection.
- Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
- Remove from heat and use immediately on your favorite cheesesteak.
Chef Notes
- Use freshly grated truffle goat cheese for maximum melt and flavor.
- Low and slow is the key. Do not let it boil.
- Perfect on cheesesteaks, burgers, fries, roasted vegetables and sandwiches.
- Add a splash of truffle oil at the end for an extra hit of luxury.
