Perfect dressing for a Cobb Salad

The GOAT Cobb Dressing

This GOAT Cobb Dressing turns a salad into a steakhouse experience. Creamy, sharp, clean and built with real ingredients only. No garlic powder. No onion powder. No shortcuts. Just a rich, balanced dressing that supports lobster, shrimp, crab, Cobb salads, wedge salads and grilled proteins without overpowering them.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup Duke’s mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Diamond Crystal kosher salt, to taste
  • Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Add mayonnaise, sour cream and buttermilk to a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add fresh lemon juice, Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Season with Diamond Crystal kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
